  4. Refunds & Faulty Goods
    Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided for change of mind. In the event of a faulty good, the purchaser should contact Australian Specialty Paper within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  5. Postage
    Postage is an additional cost to the customer. For orders above 1000kgs, an approximate cost is provided on this website. If there are any additional charges, you will be notified via email and/or phone. Orders can be also collected postage free from Thomastown, Victoria. We recommend using a business address for all orders as additional charges may apply if no one is available to sign for your order.
